These are two endangered birds that inhabit Far East of Russa and are listed in Russian Red Data Book. I was observing them in spawning fish places in Kamchatka. The bird on the left is easy to identify due to it's distictive white shoulders - it is Steller's Sea Eagle, or "White-shoulderes Eagle" in Russian. But when I first saw the bird on the right - I could not tell what is it. Can you tell?
