Today, early in the morning I visited the estuary. When I was passing Mr. Sneaky Evildoer’s burrow entrance I saw tiny pair of eyes, still dull of being just opened… The little cub immediately disappeared in the darkness of the burrow. I kneeled down, pointed my camera at the entrance and stopped moving.
And in couple of minutes the viewfinder of my camera was filled with curious eyes and ears. There must be at least five of little ones there, maybe even more. Because at the times when four of junior Evildoers appeared from the burrow I could hear “serious” puppy-like growl coming from inside.
So Mr. Sneaky Evildoer with his Mrs. Sneaky are not only the best in hunting, fighting and their evil deeds!! They are also the first couple that I recorded to have cubs this year. Congratulations to them!
